The Leaders Co- Lab partners with a trusted network of facilitators, coaches, practitioners, and community leaders who co-create experiences with us through workshops, retreats, trainings, and conversations.
Adrien P. Gehring, founder of Watershed Insight, LLC, is an organizational leadership consultant, facilitator, and community builder who works at the intersection of relational systems, embodied practice, and transformational change.
With over 20 years of leadership experience, Adrien brings a depth of presence shaped by her work in diverse communities. She is gifted at guiding individuals and organizations through seasons of transition, growth, and reorientation. Her approach is grounded in the belief that sustainable change begins when we see ourselves as an ecosystem, not an egosystem. Sustainable change relies upon how we relate: to ourselves, to one another, and to the systems we inhabit.
Adrien partners with nonprofits, businesses, and community organizations to strengthen culture, navigate conflict, and build the internal capacity needed to meet complexity with clarity and resilience. She is known for creating spaces where people can slow down, listen deeply, and move from reactivity toward thoughtful, aligned action..
Her work integrates elements of systems thinking, contemplative practice, and embodied awareness—helping teams move from fragmentation toward coherence and shared purpose..
In addition to her consulting work, Adrien is an artist, writer, yoga instructor, and spiritual director. She lives and works in Frederick, Maryland, where she nurtures the vitality of her local community and disappears periodically into the mountains for a long hike.

Ben Campbell is the founder of Ben Campbell Co., a corporate culture and team development consultancy based in midcoast Maine. With roughly a decade of experience in facilitation, team development, and Enneagram-based leadership coaching, Ben partners with organizations to build more conscious leaders, stronger teams, and healthier cultures.
Ben designs every engagement around what each organization actually needs—from single-day corporate Enneagram workshops and team development sessions to multi-day nature-based leadership retreats, multi-month cohort programs, and ongoing fractional L&D consulting. His work has helped executive teams surface and resolve long-standing communication breakdowns, given leadership teams a shared language for navigating conflict and stress, and equipped managers to lead with greater self-awareness and less reactivity. Clients consistently describe teams that trust each other more, communicate more directly, and collaborate more effectively after working with him. His approach rests on a core belief: the wisdom is already in the room, and his job is to help teams access it. His primary frameworks are the Enneagram, Appreciative Inquiry, The Awakened Company, and the Xchange Approach, often delivered in close partnership with co-facilitators.
He serves organizations across the US and Canada, with a particular focus on New England and New York, and has worked with clients in manufacturing, luxury retail, healthcare, cleantech, financial services, utilities, nonprofits, and conservation. Ben is an International Enneagram Association (IEA) Accredited Professional, a Riso-Hudson Certified Enneagram Teacher, a Certified Xchange Approach Facilitator, and a Certified Awakened Company Consultant. He founded Enneagram Northeast, the IEA's Northeast affiliate, and has presented at the IEA Global Conference in 2023 and 2025.
Ben lives in midcoast Maine with his partner Aeriel and their dog Ellie, where daily connection to the natural world shapes both his life and his work.

Martin works with people who are spinning, trying everything, but nothing's moving. He helps them find the thread that pulls things forward and gets to the contentment of actually going somewhere.
That's true whether he's working with a company navigating organizational complexity, a team stuck in the gap between intention and action, or an individual ready to transform how they show up in their work and life. The presenting issue might look like cultural friction, leadership drift, or an organization sitting on potential it can't seem to unlock, but underneath, it's almost always the same thing: people who already know what needs to change and can't quite get there.
Martin is a Human Systems Architect, certified facilitator, and Positive Intelligence coach who works at the intersection of organizational strategy, human behavior, and systems change. He is the founder of Martin Loves Chaos, built on a simple conviction that most organizations and individuals already have the answers. The hard part is actually acting on them.
His work is grounded in Theory U, Systems Thinking, Positive Intelligence, Social Presencing Theater, and Design Thinking, frameworks that move people from reactive patterns toward purposeful, sustained action. He brings a background as a New York State Licensed Architect to everything he touches: a trained systems thinker who knows that good design has to actually work in the real world.
Following his tenure at NCARB, where he grew a disengaged volunteer community of 200 into an active force of 800+ and scaled an annual conference from 100 to 350+ attendees, Martin launched Martin Loves Chaos to take that same work further. He holds a CAE (Certified Association Executive), ATD Training & Facilitation Certificate, Certified PQ Coach credential, and a u-lab certificate from MITx .
Martin is a proud collaborator with The Leaders Co-Lab, sharing frameworks and joining forces on engagements where depth and scale call for a larger team.
Beyond the work, Martin is a true jack of all trades. He's a musician, home brewer, and enthusiastic cook who has spent a lifetime sampling food from every corner of the world. He is an architect who never stopped loving design, a gardener, an artist, and the host of the Martin Loves Chaos podcast. He lives in the Lehigh Valley with his blended family of five, two dogs, and a cat, and can reliably be found building community, chasing new experiences, and getting to know people from every walk of life.
